Be Limitless

Yesterday I was thinking about limitations and the power of the mind. For a moment, let’s drift our mind to the track. Imagine first the track as barren, without lanes, hurdle markers, starting lines, finish lines, and relay zones. In raw form, the track, with its connective revolving points, appears boundless in front of you, infinite, limitless. Like any coach training an athlete, you can determine your starting line, create your own finish line, and set your own rules. You have the power. Now imagine you are running while processing the word “infinite” “limitless.” What do these words mean to you in the moment? Do these words empower you to run boldly or timidly? Is the thought of running infinitely invigorating and energizing or wearisome? Do your thoughts empower you to believe that running limitless is possible or impossible? Either way, because you have the ability to think and imagine, you have the power to change, adapt, edit, delete, create, and recreate. The idea of being limited or limitless, is just that...an idea. “I think think (I am powerful, limitless/incapable, limited), therefore I am (powerful, limitless/incapable, limited).” “Cogito, ergo sum” ~Rene Descartes “Limitations are fabrications of imaginations.”~Katrina M. Smith What a powerful mind we have!  #belimitless
