An Encouraging Word

On this day, I wish to give you an encouraging word. May this message inspire you through the week.
In a high paced, high stress environment, everything presented to you appears as a priority, demanding dire and immediate action. In these moments, breathe. Take a step back. Refocus your sights on why you are here and your ultimate goal. Ask yourself, how does this issue factor into your goal? Will it advance you? Will it distract you? Will it detour your journey? Will it block you from seeing the fullness of your vision? Or, will it break down the walls blocking your view? We often get caught up in the energies of others. It's only natural. We are human after all. They excite us with their ever-pressing issues and overwhelming presence. While in these moments, their energies may appear larger than life, igniting fears, and exposing our insecurities, we must remember this one important word: breathe. Life is in breath. Possibility, hope, the fulfillment of visions and dreams, is in breath. Rejuvenation, relaxation, insight, clarity, peace is in breath. Breath, oxygen is a fundamental component of our body's filtration system. Breathe and filter out the energies- foreign agents, pollutants- clouding your mind and body. As you breathe retake command of your journey and reprioritize the seemingly immediate moments that demand your attention. You got this!
